Biography

Deepika Nath is the founder and principal of Indica Consulting, where her focus is on bridging strategy and organizational and leadership development to bring about growth and lasting transformation.  She is a trusted advisor and coach to senior executives who are seeking to define an authentic and effective leadership style. Deepika has a proven track record of delivering results to her clients by emphasizing change – individual and organizational. Her experience spans 15 years of strategy and organizational consulting, with leading consulting firms such as the Boston Consulting Group and Ernst & Young’s healthcare practice (now part of Accenture).

Prior to her consulting career, she was an Associate Professor at the Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto. She earned her BA (Honors) from St. Stephen's College (Delhi University) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). She has a PhD in Management from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), and an MA in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University (Santa Barbara, California).

She is a member of the OD Network, the Society for Organizational Learning and the Future Search Network.  As a mentor, Deepika participates in programs at YearUp, a non-profit that provides urban young adults with technical and professional skills, and in Menttium’s Virtual 100 mentoring program. She is on the Board of Young Entrepreneurs Alliance and part of the incubator team for Coaching the Global Village, which has created a model for applying the coach approach to NGOs and international development.
