Deepika Nath is the founder and principal of Indica Consulting. She consults on strategy, OD & change management, and leadership & team development. She focuses on building organizational and leadership capabilities within her client systems, to advance a strategic agenda and to create value and impact by increasing the individual effectiveness of their leaders and the collective effectiveness of the organization. Her emphasis is on generating change at the individual, team and organizational levels as the foundation for delivering results. Her experience spans 15 years of strategy and organizational consulting, with leading consulting firms such as the Boston Consulting Group and Ernst & Young’s healthcare practice (now part of Accenture).
Prior to her consulting career, she was an Associate Professor at the Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto. She earned her BA (Honors) from St. Stephen's College (Delhi University) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). She has a PhD in Management from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), and an MA in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University (Santa Barbara, California).
