Following an organizational restructuring, we developed and implemented a leader assessment and assimilation process for the senior executive team for a $2B-division of a Fortune 100 client. We helped create a baseline for leadership behavior and a platform for the leaders to engage with their teams and develop strong working relationships during the first 3-6-9 months of their taking on a new role.
Coached an intact leadership team for a Fortune 100 client. The coaching model was grounded in a rigorous 360-assessment and direct observation of interactions. The focus of the coaching was on generating enhanced self-awareness, making the invisible visible, and on co-creating strategies to shift behaviors that impede the individual’s success. The post-coaching 360 assessments showed a marked improvement on the perceived effectiveness, and significant self-awareness and behavior changes for most of the executives on the team.
