The newly appointed leader of a core team in a $3B division of a Fortune 50 client was concerned that the team's effectiveness might be hampered by the lack of cohesiveness and trust within the team. Over an 18-month period, we designed and facilitated a series of team-based interventions aimed at improving their ability for conflict resolution, trust and collaboration. The team was able to coalesce faster and start to deliver on expectations in a shorter time frame as a result of the interventions. Today the team has developed the capacity for authentic communication and is characterized by a culture of appreciation and collaboration.
A core business had seen significant turmoil since its acquisition by a Fortune 100 conglomerate. Multiple changes in leadership and organizational structure and a downturn in the business were creating performance and morale issues. Conducted a “team health diagnostic” to determine the core issues facing the team which included the need to clarify expectations, fill skill gaps, and create a culture of greater collaboration within the leadership team.
