Our leadership development and coaching process is grounded in a robust assessment process (using qualitative inquiry and instruments such as the MBTI, FIRO-B and Thomas Killman Instrument) and covers aspects of self-awareness and presence, communication, management, building relationships, leadership behavior and business decision making. We focus on enhancing natural strengths while supporting the growth of new capabilities.
