In working with teams, Indica's goal is to help them move from a work group to a tightly knit team that delivers results and has a shared purpose, demonstrated accountability, collaboration and cohesiveness in their interactions. 

We offer a range of services for intact and virtual teams focusing on specific objectives such as communication effectiveness, understanding how to best leverage the diverse skills in the group, creating the foundation for success and how to build powerful working relationships.

Our workshops vary from a half-day to 2-day sessions depending on the specific need.  For instance, one of our offerings allows the team to identify the issues preventing it from achieving maximum performance and developing a prioritized road map to get there. We also work with teams to help them develop the capacity for reflective and self-sustaining practices that result in continuous learning and improved performance.  The focus here is on moving from “talking at each other” and a mode of “observation-action-reaction” to having generative conversations, deeper listening, an understanding and sharing of mental models, and allowing for the emergence of collective wisdom.
